We accept returns if they’re unused, unworn, undamaged items, according to our returns policy. If you are unfortunately dissatisfied with your item(s), we offer a 14 day refund or exchange policy. The 14 days begin when you have received your order. The shipping fee for the return is not paid for by us. 

How do I return my item?
To request a return please email us at contact@urbangarms.com. Please detail your full name, order number, receipt, and reason of return. You have 14 days to return the item after it being delivered. 
 
To be eligible for a return:
-Items must be returned in original condition in the correct packaging, with the tags still attached.
-Items must be unused.
-Items must not have a smell (E.G. perfume, smoke or pets etc).

Faulty Item
If the item you received is faulty then please contact us via email contact@urbangarms.com. In the email, please detail your full name, order number, details of the product, the problem with the item and photographic evidence. You have 14 days to return the item after it being received.
