ORDERS

All orders placed before 14:00 GMT Monday - Friday will be processed on the same day depending if all details are fully provided. Orders placed beyond the above time will not be processed for delivery until the following day or starting Monday. If customer’s details are incorrect or incomplete, delivery processing won't be completed until the full and correct details are provided. Our delivery partners are Royal Mail, DHL, and Fedex services. 

Please allow additional time for processing orders placed on and around these days, Bank Holidays and sales. This would be due to the high volume of orders in busier times. Processing may take longer and sometimes, can even take up to 5-7 working days which does not include delivery time. 

Once orders have been placed, items, colours, sizes, and addresses cannot be amended due to disorder reasons. Any items which have specific lead times will be refunded to store credit. All U.K. orders and deliveries are between 1-2 business days. Europe, America, Asia, and other countries, could take 3-7 days. 

Delivery times can be vary due to customs  clearance requirements which we have no control of. Customers are advised to monitor their order tracking information and must notify us within 7 days from dispatched date. If there are any issues with the delivery, this must be reported to us as soon as possible. Any delivery after the 7 days mark, can no longer be investigated or compensated if the case may be.

Any orders sent back to us as a result of returned and refused items, or attempted delivery will incur a return shipping fee. This will be deducted from your refund or store credit should you have any. 

Note: Please note that we do not ship to PO BOX addresses. If an order is placed for a delivery to a PO BOX address, we will reach out to you for an alternative.

TAXES + DUTIES

As the recipient, you will be liable and responsible for all import and customs’ duties and taxes, including, local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Our shipping fee does not cover taxes. If a payment is required, it will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If the item gets returned to us as a result of unpaid duties, we will deduct the return shipping fee from your order refund or credit note. Original shipping costs will also not be refunded.

PRE ORDER DELIVERY 

Items on pre order take approx 4-6 weeks to produce and will be delivered once production is completed. Bear in mind that, delivery time is not included in the production lead time.
